General Overview	Gina was extremely responsive and helpful. The view was absolutely stunning. Clean place close to freeway in a quiet neighborhood. Gina is a fantastic host, always quick to respond to any questions. Beautiful remodel with great views of Oakland and the bay.	The place itself had the bare bones minimum - no extra towels, etc. The kitchen had a very strange microwave. Parking is narrow and steep. One sleeping space is in the midst of the living space, lacking privacy.
Families	The large deck is a wonderful place to hang out and enjoy the view. The large dining table is great for family meals. Plenty of parking which is always a bonus in Northern California area. Spacious, light-filled rooms perfect for family	Steep stairs make it difficult for some family members.
Solo Travelers	Quiet neighborhood with beautiful views. Very clean and stylish space that feels like home.	Lack of social spaces for solo travelers.
Business Stay	Gina was super responsive and provided clear communication. The house was spacious, with everything we needed for a wonderful stay.	No dedicated work desk, small work area.
Couples	Romantic view from the deck is perfect for couples. Beautifully decorated space with plenty of natural light.	Lack of blackout curtains for bedroom privacy.
